Your profile
The profile page is where you manage your account: change your password, turn two-factor authentication on or off, and see your account details.
To get there: click Profile in the purple bar at the top of the page.
Account details
You'll see your username and email near the top. These are read-only — if you need to change them, ask an administrator.
Changing your password
- Type your current password.
- Type a new password (at least 10 characters; pick something unique).
- Click Update password.
After a successful change, you stay signed in on this device, but other devices will have to sign in again.
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
Two-factor authentication means: even if someone steals your password, they still can't sign in without the code on your phone. We strongly recommend enabling it.
The 2FA section shows a status badge:
- Disabled — Click Enable two-factor authentication to start. See the 2FA setup help page for the full walkthrough.
- Enabled — You're protected. The page shows how many recovery codes you still have unused.
While 2FA is enabled, you can:
- Regenerate recovery codes — If you've lost the list of recovery codes you saved during setup, regenerate them. This invalidates all old codes immediately. You'll need your password and a current 2FA code to confirm.
- Disable 2FA — Turn it off. You'll need your password and a current 2FA code to confirm.
