Signing in

Use the AppSync login page to access your apps.

What you need

  • Username or email — whichever you used when you registered.
  • Password — the one you set during registration.

Steps

  1. Open the login page.
  2. Type your username (or email) in the first box.
  3. Type your password in the second box.
  4. Click Login.

If everything matches, you'll land on your dashboard with the apps you have access to.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

If you've enabled 2FA on your account, you'll see an extra screen asking for a 6-digit code after your password is accepted. Open your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy, …) and type the current code for AppSync.

Don't have your phone with you? Click the recovery-code link on that screen and use one of the codes you saved when you set up 2FA. Each code works only once.

Forgot your password?

Click Forgot password? below the login button. We'll email you a one-time link to choose a new password.

Common problems

  • "Invalid credentials" — Double-check the username and password. If you're sure they're right, try the password-reset flow.
  • "Too many attempts" — After several wrong tries, the form locks you out for a few minutes. Wait, then try again with the correct details (or reset the password).
  • Your account isn't confirmed yet — Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the confirmation email and click the link inside.
